We just wanted to drop an email to say how fantastic Billy has been with fitting our bathroom flooring this week. Billy has been a joy to have in our home and an absolute pleasure to work with.  Nothing has been too much trouble despite some difficulties which he overcame with no fuss at all.  His workmanship is fantastic and our bathroom looks amazing.  We are really looking forward to him coming to do our kitchen and dining in early December. We also wanted to say a massive thank you to Neil and yourself and the team in sales but also to Geoff in the warehouse and fitting department.  You have all gone over and above to help us with the recent setbacks and we want you to know how much we appreciate everything you have done for us.
